Along with the turn-of-the-century, 5,000 square foot Main House, we are currently restoring this historic Carriage House on a 2-acre property nestled on the Southern Coast of Long Island. The Carriage House, virtually untouched since it was built in 1911, contains 1,200 square feet of interior space, which is being reconfigured as a double-height studio and library for our clients. As part of the restoration process, our team relocated the Carriage House frame in order to construct a new foundation and has since reset the building in its original location. Landscape designer Deborah Nevins and interior designer Arthur Dunnam are collaborating with us on the project.
